The ARES Trinity of CAD Software along with its UNDET Point Cloud Plugin team held a booth at the Intergeo2019 running from 17-19 September 2019. Innovative and cutting-edge technologies were presented at Intergeo, the world’s largest trade fair for geodesy, geoinformation and land management. The focus this year’s Intergeo trade fair has been on digitization in the areas of mobility and construction, including on 3D scanning. Some pictures from Intergeo2019 can be seen below:

With the UNDET Point Cloud Plugin, Point Cloud Data can be imported directly from the scanner to ARES Commander. An indexer allows the integration of many file types from different scanner manufacturers, the import of point clouds of different technologies and applications such. Airborne LiDAR, UAV / UAS / drones, mobile mapping systems, terrestrial scanners, handheld scanners or photogrammetry. The UNDET Clipping-Box allows the quick cutting of Point Clouds, from larger surfaces to thin cross-sections and offers, amongst other, options for coloring, setting the point sizes and transparency.
