Software Developer Kit (SDK) for ARES Commander Edition

Graebert provides a Software Developers Kit for registered software application developers free of charge. It contains documentation of the individual programming interfaces as well as several examples of programming code.

The SDK installs by default in a separate folder named \SDK below the ARES Commander Edition folder.
Once installed, you can open a PDF file containing release notes about enhanced or modified functionality of the current ARES version from the ARES Commander Edition start menu program group.

In the SDK you find code examples how to interface with ARES using C/C++ or Delphi. Also, you find descriptins and examples on object oriented access to the drawing database using DRX and on using the C# .net programming interface. Furthermore the SDK contains information about the customization of the user interface and about the program’s directory structure.
